Job Description:

As a Furniture Consultant you will be responsible for driving sales growth through expert consultancy and exceptional client relationship management. You will leverage your industry knowledge and consultative selling skills to deliver tailored furniture solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Sales:

Engage with clients to understand their workspace requirements and provide tailored furniture solutions.

- Deliver exceptional consultancy experiences.

- Proactively seek new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships to drive sales growth.

Project Management & Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including A&D professionals, project managers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and quality execution.

Market Insights & Innovation:

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance client experiences.

- Support business development goals by contributing to appointments and tender opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in furniture consultancy, commercial interiors, or related industry.
A consultative sales approach with the ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value sales.
Strong relationship-building skills with clients, architects, designers, and suppliers.
Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
