Surtio is different from all generic recruitment agencies. We only recruit within the office furniture industry. The company is owned by Rodney. Rodney worked within the office furniture industry for many years before starting the company. He did not come from a recruitment background, therefore he offers a more personal approach.
We only put one candidate forward for each role, therefore you are not one of several candidates going for an interview.
If any candidate does not complete the first 3 months in their new role we do not get paid.

Initial Conversation
When you register as a new candidate with Surtio we have an in depth telephone conversation to understand your background.
Face to Face Meeting
We then arrange a face to face meeting to gauge your personality, career path and work life balance.
Perfect Match
Once we have a full understanding of a candidate's background we will discuss opportunities that we feel are a correct fit.
