Job Description
A leading high end furniture company is seeking a skilled Presentation, Graphic & Tender Co-ordinator to join their Design team in London. This role is crucial for ensuring all presentations and submissions showcase the best of the brand, as well as managing the tender process within the UK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong graphical eye, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate responses to tenders, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs efficiently.
The Presentation, Graphic & Tender Co-ordinator will be responsible for creating visually appealing presentations, aiding the design team with tasks such as creating O&M manuals and company branding presentations, and organizing graphical content for UK-based events. Managing supplier questionnaires, ensuring up-to-date certifications, and corresponding with the corporate tender team in Sweden are also essential components of the role.
Furthermore, the candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage workloads and deadlines effectively. Experience with InDesign, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Photoshop, and other Adobe products is highly desirable. An understanding of AutoCAD and 3D Max or similar rendering software is a plus. The successful candidate will be passionate about their work, proud of delivering high-quality outcomes, and comfortable leading meetings and communicating with colleagues both internally and internationally.
Requirements
- Having a graphical eye to ensure all presentations and submissions showcase the best of the Kinnarps brand and offering.
- Taking ownership of the tender process within Kinnarps UK.
- Co-ordinating the tenders, RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s responses internally.
- Additional presentational work to aid the design team, such as O&M manuals, Company Branding presentations and Product presentations.
- Ability to do 2D space plan is a plus but not a requirement.
- Aiding UK based events and providing the graphical content to advertise and invite clients.
- Organising and answering the supplier questionnaires and ensure all our latest certification/information is provided to clients when requested.
- Corresponding with Sweden’s tender team for corporate /in-depth processes information.
- Plan workloads and timescales by setting deadlines for each part of the tender process.
- Quality assuring of all tender responses.
- Responsible for managing all the portals and framework agreements are kept up to date.
- Previous experience working with tenders.
- Copywriting qualification (not mandatory).
- Graphic design degree or relevant knowledge.
- Highley proficient in InDesign.
- Good Microsoft Office skills especially PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Good written skills.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe.
- Understanding of AutoCAD – Not essential.
- Understanding of 3D max/or similar rendering software.
- Willingness to try something new.
- Highley organised.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise.
- Good interpersonal skills and approachable.
