Furniture Consultant

Basic salary up to £55k dependant on experience

Our client is a major design and build company based in London Role: - Deal with incoming internal sales prospects from Group - Liaise with clients, internal design team and internal project directors to understand each project brief in detail - Use knowledge of furniture manufacturers to help make educated product choices for each project based on the brief - Be able to offer alternatives to the brief if faced with budget or design limitations or other factors that may require changes to be made - Present furniture proposals confidently to clients as part of the overall group project pitch - Create quotations and presentations, if required, for new project opportunities - Take prospective clients on furniture showroom tours and be confident presenting proposed products within showroom environment - Track projects and opportunities and report to Managing Director on weekly basis - Handover projects to clients at end of installation to ensure the project has gone well and the client is happy - Work on existing corporate accounts and maintain relationships for ongoing business opportunities
